*Ensure all Phones and IT for the onsite Sales Team are in working order and register faults with internal IT teams.
*Daily upkeep of database and records.
*Provide secretarial and administrative support to Sales Director, Sales Managers and on-site Sales Advisors.
*Produce and issue price lists on a weekly basis.
*Assist with the invoice and order process.
*Raising Purchase Orders
*Management and Coordination of site files, documents and systems.
*Answering the office phone lines as and when required.
Experience and Qualifications:
*Minimum 2-3-year experience.
*Knowledge in Microsoft Office( Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internal systems.)
*Previous experienced within an Administrative role is essential.
*Excellent telephone manner and inter-personal skills.
