Duties and Responsibilities
*Responding to customer service requests, including the customer information files and communicating changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
*Ensuring and providing quality service to both internal and external customers.
*Performing assigned system maintenance to various electronic order files.
*Provide support to the Marketing Team.
*Will Responsible to maintain the Social Media Account of the company
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
*Strong communication skills (English)
*Arabic Speaker, Any Arab Nationality preferred
*With Bachelor’s Degree
*With related Experience in Customer Service and Marketing
