Duties:
*Communicates with the Beach Club Secretary on all pertinent matters affecting the Beach Club administration.
Interacts with guests, Beach Club Members and colleagues to promote and administer the appropriate structured use of the Beach Club
*Executes all Reception duties associated with the Beach Club including, but not limited to the booking system, collection of money, assisting with all forms of guest and member enquiries, both in person, by phone and in writing.
*Controls the access and egress of all persons entering the Beach Club, from the West and East Beach Club Receptions.
*In association with the shift supervisor prepares on a daily basis all necessary timetables, activities programmes, rotas, and information sheets for Beach Club guests and staff.
*Provides information regarding all forms of activities offered by the Beach Club, and acknowledges monitors and manages all associated bookings.
*Assists the Beach Club Secretary in the selling, stock control and appropriate storage of all Beach Club retail items.
*Under the direction of the Beach Club secretary carries out any administrative duties as instructed or required.
*Under the guidance of the departmental supervisory team helps, produces, operates and constantly updates the current departmental SOP’s in so far as they affect the work of the Receptionists.

*As and when required supports other Beach Club staff to deliver guest and member services which you have been trained and proven competent in delivering.
*At all times be appropriately uniformed and groomed in accordance with departmental and Hotel standards.
*Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
*Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time, depending on the need of the business and hotel.
Qualifications:
*Proficient in Micros
*At least 5 years experience in customer service/Hotels
*Guest contact skills
*Administrative skills
*Handling and reconciling money
*Problem solving,Multi-tasking,Arabic and English Languages proficiency,PC Literate,Sports related interest,Flexible in terms of scheduling
*Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times
