*Proven experience as call center agent or similar position
*Experience in customer service is required
*Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
*Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures
*Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)
*Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
*Positive and patient

Requirements:
*3-5 years UAE experience
*proficient in relevant computer applications
*required language proficiency
*knowledge of customer service principles and practices
*knowledge of call center telephony and technology
*good data entry and typing skills
*knowledge of administration and clerical processes
*respond to questions
*identify and overcome objections
*take the customer through the sales process
*obtain customer information
