The Role
*Audio typing using digital dictation and copy typing of documents and correspondence
*Provide excellent customer service to clients by developing a thorough understanding and
awareness of key clients and current fee earner projects
*Receiving and directing telephone calls in accordance with the firm’s policy
*Diary management, arranging meetings, seminars, external and internal client lunches
*Formatting documents in line with the firm’s house-styling policy
*Creating PowerPoint presentations
*Electronic and paper filing of correspondence
*Supporting with trial bundles

*Updating and maintaining client information on Interaction
*Working as part of a team to ensure that effective secretarial cover is maintained, to include
covering secretarial absences within the London secretarial team
Person Specification
*Ability to effectively prioritize and organize work
*Good team player
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills
*Able to work well under pressure / to deadlines
*Good timekeeping and attendance
*Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
