*Assess the candidates’ experience, skills and potential through a multi-step process that includes telephonic and face-to-face interviews
*Qualification: Bachelor Degree BBA (Hons)/MBA
*Commercial awareness and a broad understanding of business issues
*Confidence and strength of character
*Interpersonal and communication skills
*Numerical and analytical skills
*Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
