Duties:
*Work closely with managers to provide administrative support in day to day activity.
*Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondences and phone calls.
*Managing dairies and organizing meetings and appointments.
*Organizing events and conferences.
*Make sure to update managers for important tasks and deadlines.
*Typing, preparing reports, presentation and correspondences.
*Managing database and filing system.

QUALIFICATIONS
*2-5 years’ experience in similar field.
*Flexibility and adaptability.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
*Proactive and take the initiatives.
*Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Office.
*Ability to work within a team.
*Strong organizational skill and time management skill
*Discretion and trustworthiness.
