*Carry out shift briefings and ensuringthat the team is well aware of their daily tasks and responsibilitiesand a healthy work environment.
*Control supplyof the ingredients for the kitchento maintain the threshold levels and sufficientfor the peak business hours.
*Work directly with the HQ to establish control over wastage and portioning per mealto meet the cost guidelines.
*Ensure the documentations of all the wastages and the breakages.
*Ensure all the products are date labelled and FIFO is applied throughout.
*Manage an outstanding kitchen operation to ensure that the work place is controlled professional and efficient.
*Minimum 5 years of Experience as a chef
*Know how to cook different cuisine
*Flexible on the family’s choice of food
*Knowledgeable in healthy and nutritious foods
