Commercial Property Consultants

Salary: To be discuss

*Selling and leasing commercial properties such as office space, shopping malls and large retail projects
*Liaising with clients in order to source their requirements till such time the appropriate property is found
*Working in synergy with other commercial agents in listing relevant property information including photographs into the relevant system
*Act as an intermediary in negotiations between the buyer and seller
*Draw up tenancy contracts / legal agreements between the buyers and seller
*Advice and answer client questions on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and other related matters
*Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Finance division to ensure accurate, timely remittances

*Minimum 2-3 years real estate experience
*Should have up to date working knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market
*Have extensive and strong sales experience
*Maintain high professional standards and work ethics
*Should have a hunger for success & financial gain
*Should possess a valid UAE drivers license and a car
*The candidate should be dynamic, presentable, confident and assertive
*Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
