*Demonstrates the Company’s property portfolio and assists customers in selecting the right property to suit their needs.
*Develops clear and effective written proposals for customers and negotiates terms of agreement
*Expedites the resolution of any customer problems and complaints and provides after sales support
*Prepare monthly competitive survey report and analyze the real estate market trends and conditions in the area.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*The ability to deal with a diverse range of clients for selling, renting and buying properties.
*Advise clients on the general process of transactions and helping them along in all the steps of the process.
*Actively seek new clients by promoting, networking, advertising and offering services to potential parties.
*Advertise and promote properties in order to attract clients.
