*To attend all guests approaching the Reception in the procedure of check in / checkout, inquiries, key handling, and all related matters, respecting the hotel standards and procedures
*Greet arriving guests, assign rooms, issue keys, and collect guest payment and billing information.
*To provide a personal service to all the guests and be fully aware of and follow the hotel standards and procedures
*Answer inquiries by phone and personal interaction from in-house guests or outside guests
*Provide exemplary service at all timesthus achieving the highest standard of Guest satisfaction.
*To manage any guest complaint in a professional manner
*To carry out a cashier closure and to ensure a complete handover between the shifts
*To be aware of forged currency and traveler’s checks and to respect all the financial and audit procedures
*To maintain an atmosphere of high morale and a happy working relationship among the team
*Can join immediately.
*Female with prior experience in hotel front office operations.
*Excellent communication in verbal and written English language.
*Displays emotional maturity and sensitivity in dealing with others.
*Naturally self-motivated, demonstrates excellent leadership skill and able to contribute in driving departmental training programs.
*Pleasing and welcoming personalityand has astrong focus on customer service.
*The ability to deliver results within a pressurized environment.
*Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
*Computer skills in MSOffice; experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
