*Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures. You will deal with representatives of service companies; correspondence; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
*Working with contractors and event organizers (exhibitions, conferences, events). You will provide various organizational help such as welcoming of participants and partners, their registration, track of inventory records for Marketing Team and so on.
*Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
*Help to achieve financial objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
*Contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Assistance for front office staff in maintaining the office premises clean and neat.

*Good command of English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate).
*Computer literacy (Internet/Email, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Project).

*No previous experience is required but desirable. Pre-bachelor degree (law, last year student) is also accepted.
