OFFICE SECRETARY CUM RECEPTIONIST

Salary: Aed3000-3500

Duties:

*Receive visitors or clients
*Preserve security through following procedures
*Provide directions to visitors through maintaining employee and department directories
*Keep up a safe and clean reception area through complying with procedures, rules as well as regulations
*Act as the office administrator and an assistant to the team through accomplishing related tasks
*Make sure the front desk and telephone have constant coverage and that visitors receive excellent customer services
*Manage and follow up on the office shared email
*Respond to telephone calls and receive visitors
*Organize mail delivery as requested and provide proper documentation
*Generate letters as well as documents
*Attend to client queries and requests as per the set standards
*Offer general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals

Qualifications and Experience
*Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies
*Must be computer literate with good typing skills, accuracy and the ability to pay attention to details
*Excellent typing skills
*Must have an organized approach and excellent time management skills
*Excellent communication abilities
*Only Filipino female candidates are required
*Must be a team player and self-driven
*Should be smart, presentable, confident and well-spoken
*Expertise in Ms Office
