Receptionist cum Secretary

Salary: Aed2500-3000
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duties:

*Clients are welcomed and received according to company procedure
*Patient demographic data and accurate eligibility details collected and entered into system as per company standards
*Patient needs and conditions are considered during admission process
*Patients scheduled according to doctor availability
*Bills, receipts and refunds are generated timely and accurately as per hospital policy
*Cash is collected and remitted
*Patient accounts are updated daily

Requirements:
*Minimum Grade 12
*Experience in both reception and billing in a clinic setting.
*Experience in outpatient billing process is a plus
*Previous experience in healthcare industry and customer relations
*Working experience in a computerized environment, particularly on clinic Systems
*Must be fluent in English & in Arabic and knowledge of medical terminology ( Advantage)
