*Provide after sales support and assistance to customers.
*Respond and manage clients’ inquiries and complaints.
*Provide assistance to Support Team in scheduling jobs for technician.
*Male Keralites people are preferred.
*Record all the activities daily
*English fluency is must (english accent preferred)
*Bachelor graduate is must
*At least 2 years experience in customer service/Telecaller
*With good oral and written communication.
