Office Administrator

Location: Dubai
Duties:

*Manage all internal and external phone calls in a very professional manner
*Assist all internal and external office visitor on a daily basis
*Inform companies for cheque payment collection
*Assist in facilitating managers’ meeting weekly
*Assist the sales & marketing team for minimal admin. works
*Assist HR team for daily admin. works
*Prepare and maintain accurate tracking report for incoming and outgoing documents

Qualifications :
*Excellent skill and knowledge in computer (Microsoft Office and other systems)
*At least 2 years experience in administrative position/ same position
*Bachelor’s degree holder in course relevance
*Proficient in English language
*Any Nationality can apply
