*Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
*Maintain quality control for all food served
*Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
*Supervises non-cooking personnel to ensure cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
*Arabic Speaking Nationality (Male or Female)
*Age should be 30- 35 years old.
*Minimum of 3-8 years of experience working in a restaurant as a Supervisor.
*Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in UAE in the same field.
*University graduate/Bachelor’s graduate or its equivalent.
*Excellent communication skills in English language – Both in Oral & Written.
*Should have HACCP, Basic Food Hygiene Training certificate or any certificate that is related to FNB.
*Working Front and Back of House experience is a plus.
