Duties:

*Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
*Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately,
*Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
*Direct visitors to the appropriate person.
*Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

Requirements:
*University Graduate Degree of Diploma.
*Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
*Professional attitude and presentable appearance.
*Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
*Multitasking and time-management skills,.
