Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Duties:

*Manage and maintain executives schedule
*Prepare invoices, reports, quotes, letter drafts, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, excel and power point
*Read and analyze incoming memo’s, submissions, reports and determine significance and plan distribution accordingly
*Open and sort and distribute incoming correspondence including company related mail, email, faxes~
*File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports

*Greet visitors and ensure they are put through to the relevant department if they have an appointment ***
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree
*Minimum of 3 years of experience as Receptionist/Administrative support in a service industry
*FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY
*Articulate verbal and written communication skills
*Interpersonal skills & Professional presentation
