*Receive visitors of the company and or walk in guests/queries.
*Provide assistance to the sales team regarding quotation, purchase order and delivery notes.
*Ensure the normal use of administrative equipments such as printer, telephone, personal computer etc.
*Assist the Hiring Manager when there is a personnel recruitment.
*Answer and forward phone calls.
*Submit the summary of work done for the day (either pending, on going or completed)
*Update the daily statistics of fleet management.
*Prepare the conference room for company meeting.
*Update the office supplies record.
*Bachelor graduate is must
*Typing speed 30-40wpm
*Knowledge in computer is must ( MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
*At least 2-3 years experience in same position
