Duties:

*Assist in resolving any administrative problems
*Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
*Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
*Coordinate between staff and other departments like Claims, HR, Accounts, etc.
*Outlook Management

Requirements:
*Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
*Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
*Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
*Attention to detail and problem solving skills
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
*Ability to adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary and be able to work under pressure
