Office Administrator

Location: Dubai

*Manage the front office by answering incoming calls, replying to general correspondence and dealing with enquiries
*Oversee the general cleanliness of the office
*Handle and properly account for petty cash issued to support general office activities
*Handle office administration payments within approved expense limits
*Responsible for procurement and proper management of office supplies as well as assets
*Assist in maintaining and filing all business records in a systematic way as required
*Prepare and type letters as well as documents

Job Qualifications and Experience
*Should a relevant Bachelors Degree or Diploma
*At least 1-2 years of experience in the same or similar role
*Expertise in MS Office suite with a good typing speed
*Strong knowledge of office procedures
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
