Duties:
*Make sure furniture in offices, meeting rooms and reception area is organized in the required manner
*Prepare tea or coffee and serve those as required
*Recover documents and files when requested
*Conduct general office clerk duties as well as errands
*Any other related task as may be required
Requirements:
*The ideal candidate must at least be a high school graduate
*At least 1 year of experience in the same or related role
*Familiarity with office procedures as well as equipment
*The suitable candidate must be computer literate
*Should smart with a professional appearance
