*Answering and screening incoming calls.
*Handling company inquiries.
*Collecting, sorting, distributing, and preparing mail and courier deliveries.
*Managing the petty cash and company consumables/supplies.
*Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, fax etc.
*Ensuring that the reception area is kept neat and tidy.
*Liaising with various suppliers of marketing materials and services and organizing such purchases may be required.
*Greeting guests and offering them beverages.
*Experience proven in customer service
*Ability to communicate in English language on both written and oral.
*Working knowledge on MS Office.
*Presentable and well-organized
