Office Staff

Duties:

*Manage office interactions with outside visitors or clients i.e. respond to phone inquiries and handle requests or complaints in a professional manner
*Handle travel plans for staff
*Keep up files with confidentiality and in an easily accessible format
*Offer logistics support for program training and field activities
*Maintain office machinery including photocopiers, fax machines as well as printers

Qualifications:
*The applicant must have a relevant Bachelors Degree or Diploma
*Practical experience in the same or related role required
*Must have good computer application knowledge with a good typing speed
*Should be able to set up and maintain good relationship with people at different levels
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent customer service skills
