Administrative Assistant

Duties:
*Responsible for receiving external visitors to office and ensuring visitors book completed
*Answer and re-direct phone calls.
*Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
*Maintain contact lists.
*Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms.
*Create and maintain confidential files and records.
*Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Requirements:
*College graduate is must
*1-3 years experience in admin
*Should be a brilliant multitasker, with a keen attention to detail.
*Females with Cloth retail experience and sportswear only required to apply.
*Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
*Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
*Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
*Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
*Attention to detail and problem solving skills
