*Manage all activities in computer

*Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
*Maintains security and telecommunications system.
*Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
*Operates telecommunication system
*Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
*Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
*University/College degree is a must
*Can speak English fluently
*Always keep presentable and look alive

*Previous experience with Microsoft office software required
*Over 2 years of experience working in a similar role
*Familiarity with phone systems
