Duties and responsibilities:
*Maintains Company safety and hygiene standard in the operation.
*Controls and maintains on an ongoing basis, quality level of service i.e. Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene.
*Performs all other work assigned with related duties.
*Assists delivers of food to staff cafeteria on timely basis to cover all meal times as assigned.
*To be well verse of the operational procedures of machineries / equipment concerning the cleaning / washing / steaming.
*Knows how to clean equipment / fixtures in the kitchen, service area, food outlets and back area.
*Fully aware of chemical usage on different equipment and kitchenware.
*Uses only the correct cleaning materials in the correct manner and always using the correct safety equipment when using chemicals.
*To be aware of and adhere to the various laws relating to food handling, storage, preparation, cooking, and service.
