*Type correspondence, reports and other documents
*Coordinate repairs to office equipment
*Assist with completion of necessary statistical reports as requested.
*Compile statistical information for the departments as requested.
*Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and consumers.
*Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures
*Bachelor graduate is an edge
*Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy confidentiality concerning financial and employee files
*Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs
*Experience creating and maintaining an Access database system
