*Actively coordinate with the kitchen staff in order to reduce the serving time.
*Adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
*Assist the Cooks as and when necessary.
*Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures.
*Dispose of waste as per the restaurant and authority standards.
*Ensure waste bin area is kept clean and tidy.
*Should be detailed oriented and organized.
*High School minimum
*At least 1 year experience in restaurant/cleaning company
*Physical stamina and strength is needed.
*Ability to use various kitchen equipment and utensils.
*Team player with a good interpersonal skills
*Has willingness to work long hours and must be available to work on weekends or works on shift
