Office Secretary

Abu Dhabi
Duties:

*Dealing with email correspondence providing clients with information about visa processing status.
*Review client’s employee’s documents as per the requirements in labor and immigration
*Responsible for filing and organizing client’s files, company licenses and other documents under there company
*Answer telephone inquiries from customers, attend to visitors and assist other staff

Qualifications:
*The candidate will have to be very detailed person, well-dressed and good-looking
*Document controlling and computer knowledge is must
*Bachelor graduate is an advantage
*Fluent English (Speaking and Writing)
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Trustworthy, reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn ,Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.
*Creative problem-solver.
