*Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
*Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
*Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
*Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
*Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
*Holder with MEP or construction at least 2 years experience.
*Superior attention to detail and time management skills.
*Must be able to effectively communicate at all levels.
*Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
