Duties:

*Communicating with customers through various channels; Phone, email, web chat or social media
*Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
*Register new customer through various channels
*Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints through various channels
*Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

*Researching and resolving client complaints and concerns
Qualifications:
*Can communicate properly with the customers regarding general/payment inquiries
*Can support customers in an organized manner *Smart with “Can Do Attitude”
*Ability to handle pressure *Flexible and willing to learn/be trained
*Willing to work extended hours if needed
