Location: Abu Dhabi
*Responsible for inbound and outbound calls
*Greeting customers as needed/Offer some drinks
*Updating the managers with regards to emails and some necessary information.
*Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
*Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
*Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
*Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
*High School diploma
*At least 1-2 years experience in same position or field
*Strong communication skill (English)
*Arabic speaking is an advantage
