*Assisting incoming customers
*Answering and recording all queries calls.
*Transferring calls if necessary
*Scheduling customers for appointment
*Handling har copy andsoft copy files
*Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
*Monitor, organize and forward emails.
*Track and order office equipment and supplies.
*Maintain records and files.
*Oversee the office budget.
*At least 1 year in receptionist
*Computer knowledge is must
*High school diploma or equivalent
