Personal Assistant

Location: across UAE
Duties:
*Can do multi tasking every time
*Scheduling and recording appointment soft copy/hard copy
*Preparing stuffs and arranging meeting
*Checking all the necessary details
*Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
*Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
*Handle requests and queries appropriately
*Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments

Qualifications:
*Willing to travel and work on flexible time
*Outstanding organisational and time management skills
*Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
*Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
*Experience in same position for 2-3 years
*English fluency is must
*Knowledge in computer ( MS Office )
