*Greet and receive people coming to office,
*Inform the concerned office staff and ask the guest to be seated in case of delay.
*Ask if the guest would like to have tea/coffee/water.
*Check emails every 15 minutes and forward it to right department and inform them about the email.
*Coordinate with required departments for various tasks as and when required.
*Drafting various types of letters
*Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
*Familiarity with office machines
*Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
*Proficient in English
*Excellent knowledge of MS Office
*Strong communication and people skills
*Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
