Location: Abu Dhabi
*Greet residents and guests, and determine nature and purpose of visit and direct or escort quests to specific destinations.
*Provide guests and residents with superb and a consistent level of professional customer service.
*Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the reception area and overall residence services.
*Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
*Answer the phone promptly and perform all related administrative duties
*Check emails and respond promptly to enquiries and check the information logbook
*Organize schedules to fully utilize time while ensuring that clients’ needs are prioritized
*Manage some social media accounts for marketing purposes
*High School graduate minimum
*Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
*Minimum 2 years work experience in Dental industry is an edge
*Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
*Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
*Superb written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
