*Develop sales strategy in line with the company goals and ;
*Develop/ recommend marketing activities to support sales goals and targets.
*Regularly conduct field visits and submit activity Reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
*Closing sales by maintaining rapport with previous/existing and new customers;
*Qualify clients by understanding clients’ requirements and interests;
*Close sales by overcoming objections; negotiating price; explaining our services and other benefits
*Improve the quality of customer service and retention
*Ensure that all customer queries are addressed promptly
*Proven experience in sales and perfumes industry is must
*Business Administration course graduate
*Computer knowledge is must
*Ability to work with little or no supervision required
*Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
