*Maintaining the cleanliness of the office environment
*Greeting and welcoming customers and clients daily
*Responsible for replenishing office supplies
*Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the reception area and overall residence services.
*Answer all resident questions and incoming calls.
*Operate cash register and computer.
*Confirms membership of residents and collects fees from visitors.
*Bachelor graduate is must
*At least 2 years experience in same position
*Excellent computer knowledge ( MS Office and other system)
*Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
*Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
*Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
*Superb written and verbal communication skills
