Location: Dubai
Duties:
*Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly.
*Ensure the showroom is well managed and maintained.
*Support to all showroom staff to help achieve their daily goals with ease by making sure the showroom is neat, tidy, well presented and highly efficient.
*Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
*Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
*Establish cooperative working relationships with associates, customers, and industry partners.
Qualifications:
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
*At least 2-3 years experience in same position
*Good communication skills both oral and written
*Demonstrated attention to detail
*Strong listening and presentation skills.
*Bachelor graduate is must
*Must be an excellent english speaker
*Candidate should have good communication skills and attitude
