*Preparing orders and Payment Certificate
*Communicate with suppliers for quotation and inquires
*Coordinating and Assisting MEP engineers
*Preparing minutes of meeting and forward meeting minutes within 2 days from the meeting to the concerned personnel.
*File all the correspondence on relevant box files as per subject/client/personal files.
*May be responsible for verifying data gathered, such as matching supplier invoices against file copies.
*May periodically prepare an occupancy report by project or gather information to complete staffing
*Expert in Microsoft Office
*Proven experience in Construction firms
*Administrative works specifically MEP division
*Having Experience on Material Submissions
*Understand Technical Documentation
*Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills in English as well as Arabic are required.
*Good business English and general office practice skills are required.
