Location: Dubai
Duties:
*Support to deal with documents and registration of Beauty cosmetics and foods.
*Manager the documents and samples for registration in ZAD & Montaji
*Support any other registration in UAE
*Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from employees, other departments and clients.
*Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.

*Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
*Ensuring data is backed up.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor graduate
*With UAE Driving License
*3 years minimum experience in admin or same position
*Any nationality can apply
*Computer knowledge is must ( MS Office )
