*Greeting guests and responding to queries.
*Dusting and polishing furniture.
*Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
*Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
*Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards
*Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
*assist guests in arranging for transportation, either by hailing cabs on the street, calling cabs or contacting other transportation services on behalf of the hotel patron.
*assist guests in transporting luggage to and from guest rooms. In some cases, the bell desk will also store luggage for guests who have arrived at the hotel before check-in time and will hold luggage for those who have checked out of their accommodation but aren’t yet ready to leave the hotel or its neighborhood.
*Background experience in Housekeeping – advantage
*Finished high school or vocational school
*Good communication and Interpersonal skills
*Knows how to follow instructions
*Can work on a fast paced environment
*To ensure clients comfort at all times
