*HR process implementation: Managing processes for assigned region based on hub guidance and HR management instructions.
*Overseeing implementation of all HR processes within gulf region, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, remuneration, workforce reduction, and other processes as applicable. Partnering with other colleagues within the immediate HR network to achieve targets through business and HR action plans.
*Business strategic alignment: Participating in the definition of short and long-term business objectives and defining the local strategic HR priorities to support business strategy in alignment with HR policies and guidelines.
*HR solutions: Partnering with managers and functions in the region to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Counselling business leadership on the most effective solutions to resolve issues and support long-term objectives.
*Industrial relations: Overseeing activities regarding industrial relations and organized labor within gulf region.
*Representation: Representing HR in the business, builds partnerships between employees, HR and managers. Offering HR solutions and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
*Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legislation and HR policies. Adhering to occupational health & safety and compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
*People leadership and Development: Ensuring that the gulf region is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

*A bachelor or master’s degree in Business Admin, Human resources or equivalent.
*8-10 years of Human Resources business experience, specifically in industrial sectors, preferably in power.
*Middle East experience is necessary.
*Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, and performance management.
*Ability to travel up to 20 – 30%.
*Proven communication skills, with Global & Cultural Awareness and Ethical Practice.
*Sound knowledge with HR Expertise and Relationship Management.
