*Processes and monitors all information changes, including promotional increases, performance appraisals and status changes in a timely and accurate manner.
*Works with other Human Resources staff to gather needed data and create report.
*Ensures appropriate approvals and documentation are in place prior to processing and approving HR action requested by managers.
*Distributes reports and informational materials. Audits database integrity daily utilizing change reports.
*Assists employees and applicants at Human Resources front desk, providing information regarding job opportunities and other general information. Schedules orientation and contacts applicants for paperwork when necessary.
*Assists in recruitment, assembling new hire orientation materials and at the initial meeting.
*Maintains confidentiality of all records and employee information.
*Assists employees, managers, or others as needed.
*Must have at least 1 year of Human Resources experience on hospitality industry in UAE
*Must have at least 1 year clerical experience in UAE
*Female any nationality
*Diploma/certificate in school required
*Excellent communication and customer relations skills
*Highly organized and detail oriented.
*Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
