*Identify key clients and develop effective client relations to create repeat and continued business.
*Ensure customer satisfaction through high level of customer service delivery
*Maximize sales by advising customers on additional purchases i.e. complimentary outfits.
*Maximize sales by developing effective client database and developing professional relationship.
*Create and maintain individual client book, contact customers on special occasions and to promote new arrivals.
*Adhere to standard operational procedures and company policies ( POS, alteration process etc.)
*Process various POS transactions such as payment, exchange, refund etc.
*Assist in maintaining visual standards of the store.
*Ensure security procedures for merchandise are observed at all stages in the sale process, i.e.; changing room, POS, etc.
*Provide sell through data to the Store Manager.
*Provide ad-hoc assistance in deliveries, checking security tags, steaming etc.
*Attend sessions on product knowledge and sales training.
*Support the Manager in implementing new initiatives that are relevant and promote Company growth through sales activities.
*Provide feedback on customer preferences and buying behavior to the Store Manager.
*At least 1 year luxury fashion retail experience.
*Well organized with good attention to detail.
*Able to multitask.
*Flexibility and self-motivation.
*Second language- Russian.
*Multi brand experience.
