Location: Across UAE
*Arranging meetings (ensure meeting rooms are free and in good order) and travel;
*Excellent diary management skills;
*To deal with day to day correspondence and administrative matters from attorneys, clients;
*To maintain internal databases;
*Taking calls on behalf of the Partners.
*Corresponding to client’s phone calls regarding legal updates under the supervision of a responsible lawyer.
*To review all the invoices and liaise with the client regarding payment of the same
*Maintain client records.
*Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
*3 years of experience as Personal assistant
