*Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
*Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
*Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
*Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
*Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses or other venues
*Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times etc.
*Use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting
*Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
*Should Have UAE Experience in Construction Field.
*Min 2 year Experience in UAE
*Knowledge of Project Management.
*Well versed with MS Office
*Understand contractual terms and conditions assemble accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals in
a timely manner for stipulated price, design-build and fit out / project management formatted projects.
*Well-conversant with pre-bid and post-bid procedures.
*Have a well understanding of contract terminologies and clauses.
