*Act as a resource on human resources matters, providing guidance,
assistance and support to management, supervisors and administrators.
*Consulting with managers and supervisors concerning individual employees or groups,
*Identifying and resolving employee-related matters or providing guidance and mediation on staffing and management issues
*Developing and implementing procedures, including communication plans, performance reviews,
new hire orientation, training programs, compensation and benefits planning and talent assessments
*At least 3-5 years of experience
*Organization Development focus, performance management, KPIs criteria and measurement tools experience,
Skill gap analysis and training plan the year, employer branding and talent aqusions experience will be preferred.
*High proficiency in English and Arabic
*Experience in dealing with different diversities
